Every agreement below is versioned. Version 1.0 is effective September 4, 2026 and was last updated September 4, 2026. These are platform terms for the Texas pilot — they are not legal or tax advice to you.
Pilot status
- Live payments are disabled. All checkout currently runs in the payment processor's test environment. No real money moves through the platform yet.
- Launch gate. The operating legal entity must be published before any live-money launch. For legal, listing or pilot questions, contact Garrettmclain96@gmail.com.
- Requests are reviewed by a person. Privacy and refund requests are queued for manual review. There is no automated fulfillment queue yet.

v1.0The platform rules for the Texas pilot: you must be 18+, ProvisionLoop is not an emergency service, assistance is never guaranteed, and many mapped providers are unaffiliated directory listings.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
v1.0One-time funding can be cancelled before a kitchen accepts the order. After acceptance it is normally non-refundable because food cost and labor begin. Subscriptions stop before the next renewal.

Kitchen Participation Agreement
v1.0For operators who claim or register a kitchen: you are an independent business, you set truthful prices and capacity, you hold your own permits and food-safety practices, and you never reuse recipient data.

Volunteer Assumption of Risk, Release & Waiver
v1.0Adults 18+ only for the pilot. You assume the inherent risks of food work, lifting and delivery, and you release ProvisionLoop's ordinary negligence — never gross negligence, reckless or willful misconduct, or non-waivable rights.
